This one fit perfectly in my hand. "Heart in hand"- get it?Hrrumph, ... anyway, I "baked" it in the microwave for a couple minutes, which not only cooked it but also loosened the skin for easy peeling.
Then added it to leftover corned beef and cabbage.A little heavy for a summer meal, but oh, how I love corned beef and cabbage!
And what a unique presenation.
I think there is a market for heart shaped potatoes.

Great potato, great idea to include it with corned beef and cabbage! Yes, I'd be in the market for heart-shaped potatoes. Where can we get the seed potatoes for that?
I am always searching for heart shaped rocks in the river - when we go to dig up our potatoes - I will have to keep an eye out for a heart shaped one!! It did make for a nice presentation in your corned beef and cabbage!!

I'd buy anything that's heart shaped! A little nest fell out of a tree in our garden yesterday and yes, it was heart-shaped (shaped like that because of the nest's positioning between 2 branches). How cute is that?!
