Sitting on the couch didn't really work;) My studio is your studio's twin. I love your inspiration board. Is there metal behind the frame or is it just a frame on the wall? Good luck finding those cleaning faeries. Send them my way when your finished!

Yeah ! Thank you for showing your space. I'm always in awe of the studios that look like showrooms. Mine always looks cyclonic.

cleaning faeries would be nice.... my dining room table exploded a few days ago. i finally finished my two banner swaps so now I move to the next project.... valentines cards, with my left overs. But I'm completely uninspired :(

Dearie, my work room (still under repair after late summer flood), my office, my garage, my sunroom, etc. etc. etc., mirror your studio. Even Shabby Hubby's den looks like a pink bomb went off in there. My faeries have flown the coop. They are nowhere to be found. If they show up at your place, would you kindly send them packing back to me?
They are so naughty.

That wish banner STILL looks good! It'll be vintage one day! I'll send Virginia over to "pick up". I'm headed to her house today to make stuff.

Your studio looks much like mine! And like you, I'm trying to keep it more organized this year. January always does that to me!

Thanks for stopping by my blog.

Lorrie

PS I love the wish banner.

Oh please, if you ever find any fairy, please, please let me know - perhaps I can hire it, too!
My studio looks like someone emptied the store rooms of several shops into it and then quickly shut the door.

Hi Natalie ~
I think your studio looks wonderful ~ it looks created in and full of lovely treasures. Cleaning faeries would be great, but, they might put something away in a place you wouldn't be able to find it again. Blessings, Katie

Don't i wish there were actually cleaning fairys, or gnomes, or any other little creatures willing to helpl me out... or to be like I Dream Of Jeanie and just blink it all away!!! Love that ETC collage board... And, doesn-t mess come with being creative and the creating process? Hope the cleaning up is also inspired as your art normally is... and if not, remember, Do all things as unto the Lord... (am i really saying this?) Even cleaning! :-)

I can't get to mu sewing machine either, and my desk is covered too, maybe I'll be brave enough to post my mess on my blog. I need inspiration to finish organizing, maybe someone will have some more ideas.

I saw your comment on my blog about the scripture misquotes in the inaugural speech.Honestly, I've come to much of the same conclusion you have in what you stated. I'm not sure I could add much more without injecting a bit of opinion which might offend certain people, and I wanted to leave my point at just the one I initially made, because hopefully it is something that will make people think and examine a bit closer this new president themselves.

Thanks for checking out my blog? How did you happen to come across it? I'm guessing from Garboodles, she's a great friend of mine. Anyway, I appreciated your comment, and love your art blog!

I do dabble with enjoying art, but I also have chronic illnesses, and my hubby and I are working on becoming adoptive parents, so I haven't had too much time for art or blogging, but feel free to follow my blog if you like. I plan to check out yours from time to time too! Again, I enjoyed your comment, Thanks!

May I just say I Love your studio! I often wonder about the really neat ones, what comes out of those??? I work and play in creative chaos...I try and clean up a little and the first few things I make have me working on a 4x4 size area again.
