Hot Damn, It's Tea Tuesday!

Last week I was drinking a peppery ginger tea to attack my sore throat.

This week I still have a hoarse voice and a ticklish throat so I am bringing out the big guns.

Tastes like cough syrup with the numbing qualities of Chloresceptic.

Ounce for ounce, costs about the same as Nyquil. Maybe cheaper!

But schnapps looks better in a teacup.

Just trying to show you the possibities for those teacups you collect,

but don't drink tea from.

(NO, I did not have this for breakfast! This was my nightcap last night. Remember I am working full time and packing a house so I am creatively scheduling my posts.)

By the way, I can't wait to show you photos of our "new" house.

I can sum up the house in two words.

"Butler's Pantry".

Swoon!

Scnapps!!! Boy, been ages since I had some of that!!!LOL
MOVING???? How ambitious - if we ever moved again - packing would consist of a ton of boxes, a huge dumpster, and lots of alcohol!!! Kidding!
Can't wait to see your new digs - butlers pantry, huh? Drop by for tea, if you have a "spare" moment!!!

Sounds like a lot of hard work is in the offing, but I know you will love your new place with the butler's pantry. How lucky for you. And I like your optimism about the moving/packing time you have each day. Hope there's sleep in the offing.

A little schnapps might make packing boxes more tolerable.
Looking forward to seeing the new house - with the butler's pantry!

CAN'T wait to see the new digs!! Keep up that schnapps stuff and you'll be throwing all your stuff in the car unpacked and tossing it in to the new place as such. How my daughter came home from college once...

Can't wait to see pics of the new place - butler's pantry sounds wonderful!

Sorry you're still feeling a bit bum, but the schnapps should help (or at least make it more bearable!)

Love the label on this bottle..Hot Damn... I'm pretty sure I would love the contents too, and if it kills a sore throat then thats a bonus. Was looking at some of your other 'stuff', those little scrabble tiles are delightful and yes how clever is our " tea lady ".

I hope the concoction works on your throat - you need all your energy for packing!! I move all the time... not down the road either... I now have it down to a fine art and can do it in a week if necessary!! LOL Can;t wait to see the pics of the new house!!

I've never heard of cinnamon schnapps! My dad used to give me a cap full of Anisette when I had a bad cough as a kid. Slept like a baby... And really love black liquorice now as an adult...go figure. :)
Glad your feeling a bit better.
